Stepping through the entrance, you’ll find a spacious open-concept living and dining area designed for family gatherings and meaningful moments. The indoor living area is furnished with comfortable seating and a 55-inch Smart TV, ideal for movie nights or unwinding after a long day of activities. At the heart of the dining space sits a beautiful solid wood table, perfect for enjoying meals together. 

Just beside the living and dining area, the villa features a fully equipped kitchen designed for both comfort and functionality. Complete with modern appliances and generous counter space, it provides everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. Whether you’re whipping up breakfast for the family or hosting a small celebration, the well-planned layout ensures a smooth and enjoyable cooking experience.

For added convenience, the villa offers separate wet and dry kitchens, each thoughtfully designed to support different cooking needs. Both areas come equipped with essential appliances, including a refrigerator, gas stove, and a Coway water filter — making meal preparation easy and hassle-free for families or small gatherings.

Every room also comes equipped with one additional single mattress neatly stored under the queen bed, along with two extra pillows and one towel—perfect for accommodating extra guests comfortably.
